THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
