The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A burning fire. 11
