Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 therefore be patient under the Judgement of your Lord, and do not obey either the sinner or the unbeliever. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Lo! these love fleeting life, and put behind them (the remembrance of) a grievous day. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made them of strong built. And when We will, We can replace them with others like them with a complete replacement. 28 This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way]: for, behold, God is indeed all-seeing, wise. 30 For He admits into His mercy whomsoever He will; as for the evildoers, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
