Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

We sent Noah to his people. He said: "O my people! worship Allah! ye have no other god but Him. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful day! 59 A group of his people said to him, "You are absolutely wrong." 60 He said: 'O my people! There is no error in me, but I am a Messenger from the Lord of the universe. 61 I deliver to you the Messages of my Lord, and I advise you sincerely; for I know from God that you know not. 62 Does it seem strange to you that a reminder from your Lord should be sent to a man, from among you, to warn you so that you might receive mercy?" 63 But they rejected him, and We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark: but We overwhelmed in the flood those who rejected Our signs. They were indeed a blind people! 64
