He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: 'How, then, can you be so deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
