۞ And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and pleases. 26 Verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter, name the angels with female names. 27 And they have no knowledge thereof. They follow but a guess, and lo! a guess can never take the place of the truth. 28 Therefore turn away from whoever has turned away from Our remembrance and has desired only the life of this world. 29 This is what the extent of their knowledge amounts to. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His path and who has been rightly guided. 30 Everything in the heavens and on the earth belongs to God and so He will requite those who do evil in accordance with their deeds and will reward those left with that which is best, for those who do good. 31 Those who avoid the heinous sins and indecencies, save lesser offences surely thy Lord is wide in His forgiveness. Very well He knows you, when He produced you from the earth, and when you were yet unborn in your mothers' wombs; therefore hold not yourselves purified; God knows very well him who is godfearing. 32
