Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
