The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Successful indeed are the believers, 1 those who, in their Prayers, humble themselves; 2 and from idle talk turn away 3 those who pay the zakat; 4 Who abstain from sex, 5 Save in regard to their spouses and those whom their right hands own: so they are not blameworthy 6 but those who seek to go beyond that are transgressors -- 7 and who are faithful to their trusts and to their pledges, 8 And who pay heed to their prayers. 9 Such are the inheritors 10 Who shall inherit the Paradise; they shall abide therein. 11 We have created the human being from an extract of clay 12 Then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging; 13 then We made this drop into a clot, then We made the clot into a lump, then We made the lump into bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We caused it to grow into another creation. Thus Most Blessed is Allah, the Best of all those that create. 14 Thereafter you are destined to die, 15 Then surely on the day of resurrection you shall be raised. 16 And indeed, We have created above you seven [celestial] orbits: and never are We unmindful of [any aspect of Our] creation. 17 And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it. 18 We have established for you gardens of palm trees and vineyards with this water with many fruits for you to consume. 19 And [We brought forth] a tree issuing from Mount Sinai which produces oil and food for those who eat. 20 You have a lesson in livestock. We provide you with drink from what is in their bellies, and you have many other benefits from them; some of them you eat, 21 And on them and on the ships you are borne. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
