Al-Jinn 2 of 2

Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone." 20 Say: 'Surely I possess no power over you, either for hurt or for rectitude.' 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 except a deliverance from Allah and His Messages. He who disobeys Allah and His Messenger, for him is the Fire of Gehenna, which he will be in for ever. 23 Until, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is nigh, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a space; 25 He is the Knower of the unseen, and He discloseth not His unseen unto anyone. 26 He causes angelic guards to march before and after him. 27 that He may know they have delivered the Messages of their Lord; and He encompasses all that is with them, and He has numbered everything in numbers.' 28
