We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 Naught is there, but its treasuries are with Us, and We send it not down but in a known measure. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 And indeed We know those among you who came forward and indeed We know those among you who remained behind. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
