The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
