And the disbeliever says, "When I have died, am I going to be brought forth alive?" 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Then indeed We shall drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against the Most Beneficent (Allah). 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 Then We shall rescue those who kept from evil, and leave the evil-doers crouching there. 72 AS IT IS, whenever Our messages are conveyed to them in all their clarity, those who are bent on denying the truth are wont to say unto those who have attained to faith: "Which of the two kinds of man is in a stronger position and superior as a community?" 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Hath he perused the Unseen, or hath he made a pact with the Beneficent? 78 Never; We shall now record what he says and give him a prolonged punishment. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 But nay! [On Judgment Day] these [very objects of adoration] will disavow the worship that was paid to them, and will turn against those [who had worshipped them]! 82
