Al-nahl 12 of 16

And the day when We will raise up a witness from every nation – then there will be no leave for the disbelievers, nor will they be appeased. 84 And when those who did wrong (the disbelievers) will see the torment, then it will not be lightened unto them, nor will they be given respite. 85 And when those who ascribed partners to Allah behold those partners of theirs, they will say: Our Lord! these are our partners unto whom we used to cry instead of Thee. But they will fling to them the saying: Lo! ye verily are liars! 86 and on that Day they will offer total submission to God: and all that they used to devise will fail them. 87 Those who disbelieve and bar others from the Path of Allah, We shall add punishment upon their punishment because they were corrupting. 88 And the day when We will raise from every group, a witness from among them, in order to testify against them and will bring you O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) as a witness upon them all; and We have sent down this Qur’an upon you which is a clear explanation of all things, and a guidance and a mercy and glad tidings to the Muslims. 89
