The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
