The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the event befalleth - 1 Which is bound to happen undoubtedly -- 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 [on that Day,] then, shall you be [divided into] three kinds. 7 Thus, there shall be such as will have attained to what is right: oh, how [happy] will be they who have attained to what is right! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 in the Gardens of Delight, 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 And a few of the later peoples, 14 They (will be seated) on gold-encrusted couches, 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers – and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 They shall not be affected with headache thereby, nor shall they get exhausted, 19 And fruits such as they choose, 20 And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire. 21 and there shall be wide-eyed maidens, 22 like hidden pearls, 23 As recompense for all they had done. 24 There hear they no vain speaking nor recrimination 25 Nought but the saying: peace! peace! 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 [They, too, will find themselves] amidst fruit laden lote-trees, 28 and banana trees, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 near to flowing water 31 and abundant fruit, 32 Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden, 33 And raised couches; 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
