The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
