1/4 Hizb 39

And so, they who are bent on denying the truth are saying: "What! After we have become dust - we and our forefathers - shall we [all,] forsooth, be brought forth [from the dead]? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 for there is nothing [so deeply] hidden in the heavens or on earth but is recorded in [His] clear decree. 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear you who believe in Our revelations and surrender themselves to Us. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
