Moses said, "Lord, grant me courage. 25 And make my mission easy. 26 And loose the knot from my tongue, 27 "So they may understand what I say: 28 Appoint for me a henchman from my folk, 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 "Add to my strength through him, 31 and let him share my task, 32 so that we may glorify You much 33 and remember Thee without cease! 34 Surely Thou seest into us.' 35 God said, "You have been granted your request, Moses." 36 And assuredly We conferred a benefit on thee another time. 37 When we inspired in thy mother that which is inspired, 38 Saying! cast him in the ark, and cast him into the river, and the river will throw him on the bank, and then an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his will take him up. And I cast on thee love from Me in order that thou mayest be formed under Mine eye. 39 "Behold! thy sister goeth forth and saith, 'shall I show you one who will nurse and rear the (child)?' So We brought thee back to thy mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve. Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways. Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people of Midian. Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses! 40 "And I have Istana'tuka, for Myself. 41 "Go forth, [then,] thou and thy brother, with My messages, and never tire of remembering Me: 42 Go ye twain unto Fir'awn, verily he hath waxen exorbitant, 43 and speak to him gently, perhaps he may take heed or fear (Allah)." 44 They both said, "Our Lord, We fear that he may commit some excess against us, or exceed all bounds in transgression." 45 He said: "Have no fear. I am with you, hearing and seeing all. 46 Go, then; you two unto him and say, 'Behold, we are apostles sent by thy Sustainer: let, then, the children of Israel go with us, and cause them not to suffer [any longer]. We have now come unto thee with a message from thy Sustainer; and [know that His] peace shall be [only] on those who follow [His] guidance: 47 It has been revealed to us that punishment will befall him who denies and turns away. 48 Said Firaun, “So who is the Lord of you both, O Moosa?” 49 He said, 'Our Lord is He who gave everything its creation, then guided it.' 50 Pharaoh said, 'And what of the former generations?' 51 [Musa (Moses)] said: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord, in a Record. My Lord is neither unaware nor He forgets, " 52 "He Who has, made for you the earth like a carpet spread out; has enabled you to go about therein by roads (and channels); and has sent down water from the sky."
