Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the winds) that scatter dust. 1 and the burden-bearers 2 And those that glide with ease (upon the sea) 3 And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allah's) Command; 4 Lo! that wherewith ye are threatened is indeed true, 5 and the Judgement shall doubtlessly take place. 6 by the heaven full of tracks, 7 Lo! ye, forsooth, are of various opinion (concerning the truth). 8 though only those who are averse to the Truth will turn away from (believing in it). 9 Cursed be the liars, 10 Who are careless in an abyss! 11 They ask, "When will be the Day of Judgment and Justice?" 12 It will be the Day when they shall be scourged by the Fire 13 (And told:) "Taste your punishment. This is what you were trying to hasten." 14 Verily, the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs (in the Paradise), 15 Receiving what is given them by their Lord. They were surely the virtuous before this. 16 sleeping little in the night-time, 17 and would pray for forgiveness from their innermost hearts; 18 They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute. 19 And in the earth are portents for those whose faith is sure. 20 And (also) in yourselves. Can ye then not see? 21 And in the heaven lies your sustenance, and the promise you are given. 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth! it is most surely the truth, just as you do speak. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
