Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing. 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
