He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 when the blind man approached him, 2 for how can you know that he might seek to purify himself, 3 Or become reminded so that the reminder should profit him? 4 Yet you pay attention 5 to him didst thou give thy whole attention, 6 though it is not thy concern, if he does not cleanse himself. 7 As for the one who comes to you earnestly (striving for guidance). 8 and in awe [of God] 9 From him will you divert yourself. 10 No indeed; it is a Reminder 11 (and whoso wills, shall remember it) 12 (It is) in Books held (greatly) in honour, 13 Exalted and holy, 14 [Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels, 15 noble, pious. 16 May man be slain how ungrateful he is! 17 [Does man ever consider] out of what substance [God] creates him? 18 Of a small seed; He created him, then He made him according to a measure, 19 Then (as for) the way-- He has made it easy (for him) 20 Then He causeth him to die, and putteth him in his grave; 21 Then, when it is His Will, He will resurrect him (again). 22 Nay, but (man) hath not done what He commanded him. 23 Let the human reflect on the food he eats, 24 That We pour forth water in abundance, 25 Then split the earth in clefts 26 Then We cause to grow therein the grain, 27 together with grapes and vegetables, 28 And olives and palms 29 And gardens of dense shrubbery 30 and fruits and fodder 31 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 on that Day a man shall flee from his own brother, 34 And his mother and his father 35 And from his wife and his children. 36 on that Day every man among them will have enough concern of his own -- 37 [Some] faces, that Day, will be bright - 38 Laughing, rejoicing at good news; 39 but some faces will be covered with dust 40 Dust shall cover them 41 Such will be the Rejecters of Allah, the doers of iniquity. 42
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
