Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 We shall pull out of every section those who were most perversely rebellious against Ar-Rahman. 69 and then We shall know well all those most worthy to be cast in Hell. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 (On the contrary), Allah increases in guidance those who follow the Right Way. Lasting acts of righteousness are better in the sight of your Lord as reward and conducive to a better end. 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 And We will inherit of him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 In fact, they can have no honor; their gods will renounce their worship of idols and will turn against them. 82
