The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Woe to the diminishers, 1 Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure, 2 but when they give by measurement or weight to others, they give them less. 3 Do they not know that they are bound to be raised from the dead 4 For a mighty day, 5 The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 By no means! Verily the record of the ungodly is in Sijjin. 7 and what shall teach thee what is Sijjin? 8 A written record. 9 Woe, that Day, to the deniers, 10 those that give the lie to the Day of Recompense. 11 And none will deny it, except every transgressor, rebel. 12 When our signs are recited to him, he says, 'Fairy-tales of the ancients!' 13 By no means! Aye! encrusted upon their hearts is that which they have been earning. 14 On the Day of Judgment, they will certainly be barred from the mercy of their Lord. 15 Then indeed, they will [enter and] burn in Hellfire. 16 Then it shall be said to them, 'This is that you cried lies to.' 17 Surely the ledger of the pious will be in 'Illiyun (heights above the heights). 18 But how will you comprehend what 'Illiyun is? 19 It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed 20 To which bear witness those Nearest (to Allah). 21 Verily the virtuous shall be in Delight, 22 resting on couches, looking around. 23 You will recognise in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 Their thirst will be slaked with Pure Wine sealed: 25 The seal thereof will be Musk: And for this let those aspire, who have aspirations: 26 And its mixture is of Tasneem, 27 A spring whence those brought near (to Allah) drink. 28 Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed, 29 And whenever they passed by them, used to wink one to another (in mockery); 30 And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting; 31 And when they saw them, they said: Most surely these are in error; 32 though they were not sent to be their keepers -- 33 Wherefore Today, those who believed at the infidels are laughing, 34 Reclining on couches, looking on. 35 Did not the disbelievers get repaid for what they used to do? 36

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
