The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
