We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
