Believers, fear God as is His due, and when death comes, be in a state of complete submission to Him. 102 Hold fast to the cord of God and let nothing divide you. Remember the blessings He has bestowed upon you; you were enemies and then He united your hearts and by His grace you became brothers; you were on the brink of an abyss of Fire and He rescued you from it. Thus God makes His signs clear to you, so that you may find guidance. 103 So let there be a body among you who may call to the good, enjoin what is esteemed and forbid what is odious. They are those who will be successful. 104 Do not be like those who turned into quarrelling sects after receiving clear authoritative evidence. They will suffer a great torment. 105 The Day when faces will be whitened and faces blackened. To those whose faces have become blackened it will be said: 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the punishment for that you disbelieved' 106 And those whose faces have turned bright, they will be in the mercy of Allah, and therein they shall abide. 107 These are the communications of Allah which We recite to you with truth, and Allah does not desire any injustice to the creatures. 108 Allah's is whatsoever is in the heavens and in the earth; and unto Allah shall be committed all affairs. 109
