Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the wise Qur'an, 2 That you are indeed one of those sent 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 (and this Qur'an) is a revelation from the Most Mighty, the Most Compassionate 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We shall raise a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and cover them over so that they will not be able to see. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
