۞ It is God who created you of weakness, then after weakness gave you strength, then after strength will give you weakness and grey hair. Surely He makes whatever He wills. He is all-knowing and all-powerful. 54 And on the day when the Last Day is established, the guilty will swear that they did not stay except for an hour; this is how they keep straying. 55 But those to whom knowledge and belief have been given will say: 'You have stayed in the Book of Allah (the Protected Tablets) till the Day of Resurrection. This is the Day of Resurrection, yet you did not know' 56 So that Day, their excuse will not benefit those who wronged, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah]. 57 Truly, We have set forth for men in this Quran every kind of parable and indeed, if you bring them a sign, those who are bent on denying the truth are sure to say, "You are only making false claims!" 58 That is how God seals the hearts of those who do not know. 59 So have patience. The promise of God is surely true; and let not those who do not believe make you relax (your endeavours). 60
