Tell them the story of Abraham, 69 When he said unto his father and his people: what worship ye? 70 They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them." 71 He said, “Do they hear you when you call?” 72 or benefit you or do you harm?" 73 They said: nay; but we found our fathers doing in this wise. 74 Abraham said, "Have you really thought about what you have been worshipping, 75 You and your ancient sires. 76 Verily they are an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the worlds. 77 Who hath created me, and He guideth me. 78 And He Who gives me to eat and gives me to drink: 79 who, when I am sick, heals me; 80 who makes me to die and then revives me, 81 And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense." 82 "O my Sustainer! Endow me with the ability to judge [between right and wrong,] and make me one with the righteous, 83 and grant me an honourable reputation among posterity, 84 And make me of the heirs of the garden of bliss 85 And forgive my father, verily he is of the erring; 86 and do not disgrace me on the Day when all people are resurrected, 87 the Day when nothing will avail, neither wealth nor offspring, 88 Except him who brings to Allah a clean heart [clean from Shirk (polytheism) and Nifaq (hypocrisy)]. 89 And Paradise will be brought close for the pious. 90 and Hell shall be revealed to the misguided, 91 and they will be asked: "Where are the gods that you worshipped 92 Beside Allah? Can they succour you or succour themselves? 93 Then will they be hurled therein, they and the seducers 94 and so too the hosts of Iblis, all of them. 95 They will say while they dispute therein, 96 'By Allah, we were certainly in clear error, 97 When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds. 98 Only the sinful ones made us go astray. 99 and now we have none to intercede on our behalf, 100 "'Nor a single friend to feel (for us). 101 Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers... " 102 In all this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 103 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
