Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 who determined and guided, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
