The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 Your Lord is surely mighty and merciful. 9
