Surely those who guard (against evil) shall have with their Lord gardens of bliss. 34 Shall We then treat the People of Faith like the People of Sin? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge you? 36 Or have you a Book wherein you study? 37 That ye shall have, through it whatever ye choose? 38 Or is it that you have a covenant from Us, right up to the Day of Judgement, that you will get all what you claim? 39 Ask them which of them, for that [claim], is responsible. 40 Or has something been guaranteed by any of those whom they associate with Allah in His Divinity?” If so, let them bring forth their associates, if they are truthful. 41 On the Day when the truth shall be laid bare, they will be called upon to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do so. 42 Downcast will be their looks; abjectness will overspread them. Surely they had been called upon to prostrate themselves while yet they were whole. 43 So leave to Me those who reject this message. We shall lead them step by step to their ruin, in ways beyond their ken. 44 And I will give them time. Indeed, My plan is firm. 45 Or do you ask from them a reward, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Or is the Unseen in their keeping, and so they are writing it down? 47 Wait patiently for your Lord's judgement; do not be like the man who, having been swallowed by a whale, called out in distress. 48 Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed. 49 But his Lord chose him for His own and made him one of the righteous. 50 Hence, [be patient,] even though they who are bent on denying the truth would all but kill thee with their eyes whenever they hear this reminder, and [though] they say: "[As for Muhammad,] behold, most surely he is a madman!" 51 While it is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 52
