Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury: (they will be) brothers (joyfully) facing each other on thrones (of dignity). 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
