Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 and about Abraham who fulfilled his duty (to God)? 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 whereupon he shall be requited for it with the fullest requital; 41 and that the final end is with your Lord, 42 and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, 43 and that it is He alone who deals death and grants life; 44 and that He Himself created the two sexes: male and female, 45 From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth; 46 And that upon Him is another bringing forth. 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 And that He (Allah) is the Lord of Sirius (the star which the pagan Arabs used to worship); 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And Samood, so He spared not 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 And the overthrown cities did He overthrow, 53 So that they were covered over by what they were covered over. 54 About which of the bounties of your Lord can they persistently dispute? 55 He who warns you is one of the warners of old. 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 None beside Allah can disclose it. 58 Do you, perchance, find this tiding strange? 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 While you are proudly sporting? 61 Therefore prostrate for Allah, and worship Him.
