We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
