And whomsoever Allah will send astray, for him there will be no protecting friend to take His place. And thou wilt behold the wrong-doers when they behold the torment saying: is there unto return any way? 44 And thou wilt behold them set up before it, downcast with ingominy and looking with stealthy glance. And those who believe will say: verily the losers are they who have lost themselves and their housefolk on the Day of Resurrection. Lo! verily the wrong-doers will be in a torment lasting. 45 They will have no guardian or helper besides God. Whoever God has caused to go astray will never find the right direction". 46 Answer the call of Your Lord afore there cometh unto you a Day for which there is no averting from Allah. Ye will have no place of refuge on that Day, nor there will be for you any denying of your guilt. 47 Now if they turn away, We have not sent you [O Prophet] as their keeper: your responsibility is only to convey the message. Man is such that when We let him taste Our mercy, he exults in it, but if an evil befalls him which is his own doing, he becomes utterly ungrateful. 48 To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth; He creates what He will; He gives to whom He will females, and He gives to whom He will males 49 or He couples them, both males and females; and He makes whom He will barren. Surely He is All-knowing, All-powerful. 50 ۞ And it is not for any human that Allah may speak to him except as a divine revelation or while the human is on this side of the veil of greatness, or that He sends an angel to reveal by His permission, whatever He wills; indeed He is Supreme, Wise. 51 And thus have We, by Our Command, sent inspiration to thee: thou knewest not (before) what was Revelation, and what was Faith; but We have made the (Qur'an) a Light, wherewith We guide such of Our servants as We will; and verily thou dost guide (men) to the Straight Way,- 52 The path of Allah, Whose is whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Lo! unto Allah trend all affairs. 53
