So, I call to witness what you see 38 And what you do not see 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
