▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
There are two gardens for one who fears standing before his Lord. 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 53 Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand. 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 In them shall be those who restrained their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 lovely as rubies, beautiful as coral -- 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 The reward of goodness shall be nothing but goodness. 60 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 61 And beside them are two other gardens, 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 Dark green with foliage. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 67 Therein will be fruits and dates and pomegranates. 68 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 69 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous. 70 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 71 Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them - 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fine carpets. 76 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
