We have set constellations in the heavens and made them pleasing to the beholders, 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
