1/2 Hizb 45

۞ Gather together the evildoers, their wives, and that they were worshipping, 22 Instead of Allah, and lead them to the path to hell; 23 "But stop them, for they must be asked: 24 [They will be asked], "What is [wrong] with you? Why do you not help each other?" 25 indeed, on that Day they will surrender themselves. 26 And they will turn to one another, and question one another. 27 Saying: "It were you who imposed yourselves upon us." 28 They will say: "No, you were the ones who would not believe. 29 "And we had no authority over you. Nay! But you were transgressing people (disobedient, polytheists, and disbelievers). 30 Thus, the words of Our Lord about us have come true and now we are suffering the torment. 31 So we led you astray; we ourselves were strayed.” 32 And verily, on that Day they all will share in their common suffering. 33 That is how We deal with sinners. 34 for when it was said to them, 'There is no god but God,' they were ever waxing proud, 35 And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?" 36 No, indeed, he has brought the truth, and confirmed the Messengers. 37 Verily, you (pagans of Makkah) are going to taste the painful torment; 38 “And you will not be compensated except for your deeds.” 39 But the chosen servants of God; 40 Those will have a provision determined - 41 Fruits! And they shall be honoured. 42 In gardens of pleasure, 43 (Sitting) on couches, face to face, 44 Cups of wine will be presented to them in rounds, from a spring flowing in front of them. 45 White, delicious to the drinkers, 46 There will neither be any harm in it for their body nor will it intoxicate their mind. 47 and with them wide-eyed maidens restraining their glances 48 (Delicate and pure) as if they were (hidden) eggs (well) preserved. 49 They will turn to each other and ask questions. 50 And a speaker from among them will say: verily there was unto me a mate. 51 who used to ask, 'Do you really believe that 52 "'When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments?'" 53 And he will reply: 'Are you looking down (into Hell)' 54 So he looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire. 55 'By Allah' he will say, 'you almost destroyed me! 56 “And were it not for the munificence of my Lord, I too would have been seized and brought forth (captive)!” 57 What, do we then not die 58 "Except our first death, and that we shall not be punished?" 59 Verily this is the supreme achievement! 60 For such a reward should the workers perform. 61 So is this welcome better, or the tree of Zaqqum? 62 We have appointed it as a trial for the evildoers. 63 It is a tree that grows at the bottom of Hell. 64 Its spathes are like the prickly pear. 65 and they [who are lost in evil] are indeed bound to eat thereof, and to fill their bellies therewith. 66 then in addition to it they shall have a draught of boiling water to drink; 67 Then shall their return be to the (Blazing) Fire. 68 Verily, they found their fathers on the wrong path; 69 and [now] they make haste to follow in their footsteps! 70 Before them a multitude of people of olden times had erred, 71 And indeed We had sent Heralds of warnings among them. 72 See then the end of those who were warned, 73 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 74
