Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder, 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 And when the seas are made to flow forth, 3 and when the graves are overturned 4 Every soul will come to know what it has sent ahead and what it left behind. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 In whatever form He willed has He assembled you. 8 No indeed; but you cry lies to the Doom; 9 yet there are over you watchers 10 Honorable recorders, 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 Behold, [in the life to come] the truly virtuous: will indeed be in bliss, 13 And most surely the wicked are in burning fire, 14 They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense, 15 and from it they shall never be absent. 16 And what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 17 Again: what will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 18 (It will be) the Day when no person shall have power (to do) anything for another, and the Decision, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
