The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ EXTOL the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's name: [the glory of] the Al-Highest, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
