And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
