The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

By the fig, by the olive, 1 and by the Mount Sinai, 2 and this land secure! 3 Indeed, We created the human with the fairest stature 4 then We restored him the lowest of the low -- 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not Allah the wisest of judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
