(O Prophet), did you see him who turned away (from the Path of Allah), 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 What! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 and of Abraham, who to his trust was true: 37 Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another; 38 And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). 39 and that (the result of) his striving shall soon be seen, 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 and that the final return is to your Lord, 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and that He Himself created the two kinds, male and female, 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 and on Him depends the life hereafter. 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 and Thamood, sparing no one, 51 And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, 52 It is He who turned upside down the people of Lot 53 And covered them by that which He covered. 54 Which of your Lord's benefits will you then dispute about? 55 This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old! 56 The Approaching Day has approached. 57 None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it). 58 Do ye then wonder at this recital? 59 And will you laugh and not weep? 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 Rather, prostrate to Allah and worship Him. ۩ 62
