They will ask you about the mountains. Tell them: "My Lord will uproot them from the base, 105 "He will leave them as plains smooth and level; 106 Wherein thou shalt not see any crookedness or ruggedness. 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that Day no intercession will avail, except from one who has received the sanction of the Merciful and of whose words He approves, 109 God knows all that is in front of them and behind them and they can not encompass His knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back). 111 but he who does good works, being a believer, shall fear no harm nor any injustice." 112 And thus have We sent it down an Arabic Quran, and have distinctly set forth therein of threats that they may guard (against evil) or that it may produce a reminder for them. 113 Exalted then be God, the real King; and do not try to anticipate the Qur'an before the completion of its revelation, but pray: "O Lord, give me greater knowledge." 114 And assuredly We covenanted with Adam aforetime, then he forgat, and We found not in him steadiness. 115
