And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 Indeed your Lord will gather them all together. Surely He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
