Al-Naml 6 of 7
The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude." 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor do you guide the blind out of their error, nor do you make any to hear, except those who believe in Our verses and are Muslims. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
