Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
