Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
